This isn't in response to Adrian's email. This is a long stewing email that I've finally gotten around to sending, after spending many hours trying to make certain I'm not bringing up things that are covered someplace else. Again, these might not need to be addressed in this particular version of the draft, but there are some things here that might need to be cleared up in a future bis version, or at least explained, in some way, as they are errors in the draft, and may actually impact the operation of any given implementation.
