Hi Stephane & Matthew, It has recently come to our attention that one or more claims in patent no. 9,967,174 are essential to draft-ietf-bess-evpn-pref-df-04. We have made the IPR submission as soon as possible, however, we understand that this submission is considered late since the provisional application filing date was in 2015.
