This document solicits the allocation of the following sub-type in the "EVPN Extended Community Sub-Types" registry setup by [RFC7153<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7153>]: TBD3 Service Carving Timestamp This document https://www.iana.org/assignments/bgp-extended-communities/bgp-extended-communities.xhtml#evpn While an update is pending on the Handshake portion per received feedback, the NTP portion of the draft is stable and implementations would need a (pre-)allocated value for use over the network.
