This draft makes S-BFD viable for operators deploying SRv6, simplifying the deployment configuration by being able to advertise the BFD discriminator defined in RFC 9026 MVPN Fast Upstream failover extended now to support SRv6 overlay services over SRv6-BE or SRv6-TE.
