Every few months we seem to go through a period of this from Yahoo. Frequently, if you try multiple times, you will get the data. Yahoo serves the data from several servers. If you request gets routed to a server that has full data, you get it all.
Other sources can be used to collect data in data files and then B-C can TA the files. I export data from various paid sources such as TC-2000.
