I remember replying to this earlier, but apparently the message 
never got to the group.

A. your software has not changed.

B. assume you have not changed the indicators parameters, which 
would change the back test results.

C. That leaves only one other variable, Yahoo data. If yahoo had a 
missing day, or corrected some bad data, your results would be 
different. This is a fairly common problem with Yahoo data.
