[BestCharts] Need Programmer

I was hoping to fine a programmer, in the group that can take and build a small software that will convert data into one style of ASCII format and then be able to make a Metastock file.  I was told that it was no big job, how every finding the right person that can understand market data and what the out come should be, is another tale.  So if anyone knows of a person with talents of this type, pass my Name and e-mail alone to them.
