Mostly those companies are doing losing business eg. paying owner 38K (4 cheques) renting tenant 34 (1) loss 4K They are only increase their revenue and at the end of the day they will close the office like MFR Real Estate, Opera Real Estate. Some of their ex employees are still doing the same type of business be careful with them. It is moral duty of all Real Estate Broker to intimate the colleagues so they deal bit carefully doing business with them. The companies or people who are making money by cheating will not be happy in this world and their after it is my firm believe. It is time to co-ordinate with each others for collective success.
