1. 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina - Emaar projects (Marina Promenade,
Park Island, Al Sahab).

     End user but can be rented till October-November 2012.

     Marina View.

     Budget: 1.8 mln.

 

This client also considering The Lofts and South Ridge. I understand that
the budget is not enough but if you've got some hot offers we can do
something.

 

2. 3 bedroom apartment in 23 Marina.

    End user but the client can wait till April 2013.

    Budget: up to 2 mln.

 

3. 1 bedroom apartment in Sky Courts. If you've got anything with balcony as
I've got only the ones without balconies. 

    Budget: market price.
