Nice: package manager does open from Tools menu item in jqt801. Now if only entries on the Help menu would also work for me under OS X 10.8.2 and now likewise 10.8.3. I seem to recall somebody posting that the Help menu links worked on his Mac. Definitely, not on mine. How might I troubleshoot this? Current version of Safari (6.0.3) is my default browser. I thought perhaps because I blocked from 3rd parties, but unblocking those makes no difference.
