Hi,
Under Windows 7
I did re-install from j801a_win64.zip (17/03/2013 11:59)
Unzipped in c:\J801
Run bin\jhs.bat
In Firefox
- 127....
- install 'all' (long list of install)
- exit ''
Then jqt.cmd
Term appears.
If I issue a command and execute it by the big carriage
return key next to the letters keyboard, it works; if I hit
the numerical keypad [enter] it doesn't, the cursor goes to
the left margin without anything (hitting [enter] just moves
the cursor one line down).

Can you try remove the entire folder and do a fresh install?
