As I understand it, as long as the Qt IDE is developed in C++ and
distributed as binaries, it won't be possible to upgrade it using the Qt
Package Manager.
At some stage it may be possible to reimplement the Qt IDE in J using wd
(this was how the J6 IDE worked), at which point it should be possible to
upgrade using the Package Manager.
Ah, sorry—I overlooked this; up to date now. (Will it eventually be
possible to update the IDE from the QT Package Manager?)
