Maybe 32 bit default package should have that flag set since XP is one of the 
more important 32 bit platforms?

JQt in J802 is built using msvc 2013. msvc 2013 needs a flag to enable its 
output to run under winxp, but that flag is disabled by default. You may try 
build Jqt from source.

I'm one who is still using winxp.
