[Jbeta] j802: gl2 bug (affects plot, viewmat)

Plot and viewmat can no longer be loaded from the j802 console:

       require'plot'
    |rank error: locGL2
    |   glarc=:    glarc__locGL2
    |[-143] /applications/j/j64-802/addons/graphics/gl2/gl2.ijs

Bill/Chris: it looks like this issue was introduced in r5046 (r4907
works as expected).
