Hey all, This time I installed j804 beta from the .exe installer, and the extra-newlines glitch is gone! Thanks.
Maybe it would be a good idea to make the upgrade of the ide/qt addon throw a warning if the QT binary is not up to date? I don't know how feasible that is, but it would be convenient to know.
