Yes, I’d support that change.  

Also, one thing I’m missing in JQt from the old Windows C++ frontend is 
highlighting/selecting multiple lines and then pressing TAB to indent them one 
level, simultaneously (and SHIFT+TAB to outdent them one level simultaneously).

If you restore that behavior, however, you might want to consider offering an 
option to set what “indent one level” means (e.g. a literal TAB character, 8 
spaces, 4 spaces, 2 spaces, whatever).
