Thanks for the fix. But I have worked around the problem by removing
the sdioctl.
It does seem to me that this is a beta issue, since it's a problem
that could be fixed for the next release; that's why I posted it to beta.
I assume that if the change you mentioned needs to be made, you'll
make it (since I have no easy way to test).

That is very odd.
The file here should be /usr/lib/libc.dylib and I can't imagine an OSX
machine functioning without that file.
What happens when you replace (unxlib'c') with ('/usr/lib/libc.dylib')?
