As noted in my previous posts. jandroid has resurrected sync mode of
interfaceing to libj, It now supports both sync and async mode.  The 3
operations (debug, keyboard input and explicit definition) require
async mode to run, ie running libj on another thread.

jandroid defaulted to run in sync mode on a fresh install or after
devr'', use wd cmd to query and set mode,

wd'getj asyncj'    NB. query
wd'setj asyncj 1'   NB. set async
wd'setj asyncj 0'  NB. clear async

For asyncj mode only, stacksize can be set by
wd'setj stacksize 5000000'  NB. 5M

All setj cmds are only effective after restart J.  jwiki wd cmd
reference will be updated later.

If shader demo can run, it is sync.
