Hi Ric, The libedit.so issue is less serious as you can symlink the version available on your system. However th glibc version is difficult. The version of libc needed follows the version of the glibc where libj.so was built. Don't attempt to update glibc or your sysadmin will kill you. It seems you have to build libj.so from sourece on RHEL 6.3 or try an even older version j.
