The best I can offer is, in jqt:
1. paste the script referred to below into a new ijs
2. load the script (ie. ctrl-l)
3. reposition the newly displayed qt form at the bottom of the screen
4. press 'Update'
5. the form is now repositioned closer to the top of the screen
6. repeat 4-5
