If I select the various buttons on this demo, going from Comms to Plot and
Report to Plot and the plot type has been set to scatter plot, I occasionally
get a display of the axis keys but no data. The term window shows these
messages in this case:

Simply jumping between stock prices and scatter plot will also occasionally give
the same result.
I have been able to generate this on windows 10 and Centos 7.
