I can reproduce it on Windows. The code you are running is
pre-beta-J8.08, so I hope others don't see it!
Thanks for your tireless work with our early versions, and for the crisp
report here. I am going on holiday for a bit, but I will fix it when I can.
In 8.08 I dramatically streamlined the code for starting the parser and
explicit-entity execution. Here it looks like we have a sentence that
failed BEFORE parsing. I didn't consider that case.
