No, but as I said,  the dfns example refers to that paper as a partial source.  I misunderstood you to start with,  thinking you (Raul) couldn't find H in dfns - I checked to make sure that the H operator is in last year's Dyalog 16 as well as this year's version 17.  It is.  I've now got a non-commercial licence,  so I suppose it's probably sort of in the public domain,  but I'll
try to remember to ask Dyalog before passing on the code.

I'm on the way to simulating H in J  (but not in K - too many letters!) for my small list of
q functions.
