I was able to duplicate the problem. The Quit menu option and Ctrl-Q in the
JQT-j901 package manager did not seem to do anything. The close control and
Alt-F4 did close the package manager.
All of these work in JQT-j807.

If you open the package manager on j 64 win and try and quit using the menu
drop down quit it doesn't quit.
The Ctrl+Q shortcut doesn't work either.
