Ignore the text descriptions. It seems some of the differences were due to
differences in screen geometry.

text was larger than the 10 point unbolded font text. The unbolded text seemed
to be too large and the text lines went past the end of the rule boxes.
J602 is the only version I have that displays the Rule Sampler correctly.
