I've just successfully interrupted a function with a fairly long runtime,  within JQt with
"Library: 9.01.06"

I have pushed some changes to the 901 base library for the problems
reported with break. They will show up next time the 901 base library is
built and you upgrade. Changes are not essential.

Adopted /dev/null fix suggested by Bill. Also adopted his suggestion to not
set break files for non Jqt tasks (where they are most needed) unless the
class is not default. This should make break less obtrusive, but still easy
to use for Jqt.
