I have changed the results Fold gives on short/empty arguments, and
added 3 Z: y to make it easier to terminate an unlimited fold.
NuVoc should be the reference for Fold from now on.
To get the new Fold code, use Package Manager to update dev/fold.
Today's change is rev 1.0.4.
