It works for this beta.  I left d. D. D: in for easy comparison with the new code.  The primitives are slated for removal in the release.

Given the release notes "*Language deletion*: calculus primitives (d. D. D:)
are removed from the language" I was expecting to get an error and have to
redefine N using deriv_jcalculus.

There is nothing about factorial inverse being dropped in the release
notes. I don't know if the inverse of factorial should be dropped or not.
But I have found it quite useful.
