In beta-m I'm still seeing odd behaviour of the stack when the suspension
occurs in an explicit verb. I had assumed this was related to an issue
previously raised by Mike Day with suspended explicit verbs with no locals.
The following is what I'm currently seeing:

* foo'x' <== should be: 0 ,y
