I tried many times with the nuvoc link on win10 and it always worked. But
clearly there is a problem and would be nice to fix it.

David's suggested change to jijx.ijx looks good. I'll make that change and
run locally with it for a while with different browsers. If there are no
problems I will build a new JHS in a few weeks with the fix.

Meanwhile, anyone interested can make the fix to their file.

Please report any problem with the fix.
