I have the same problem. jqt903-beta-n for Windows 10. It was working fine
before upgrade, wont launch after upgrade:
load'pacman'
'upgrade'jpkg'jengine'
jqt 902 still runs fine on the same machine (in a different folder):

Library: 9.02.08
