Tried jconsole 9.03 embedded in
Windows Terminal - Version: 1.11.2921.0,
same picture.
Also, with Numlock OFF, the Numpad arrow keys won't work (e.g.
browsing through cmd line history isn't possible).

Interestingly, same problem in jconsole with the on-screen keyboard. Also,
a different windows 10 box did not have the issue in jconsole.
