From what I can tell, everything on the http://www.jsoftware.com server is on the https://www.jsoftware.com server.
The advantage of http was (*) a small amount of efficiency (which mattered on older machines), and (*) the ability to interact with the protocol "manually" (which still has educational value, but isn't necessary for people using browsers). Anyways, .. I have not checked everything. Also, not too long ago (roughly a month ago), there were .htm files on the https://www.jsoftware.com server which were not on the http://www.jsoftware.com server. (Which leads me to think that these represent two different copies of a file system rather than being two interfaces on a system serving the same content.) So there might be some minor issues after this change. That said, changing all jsoftware.com references from http: to https: sounds like the right approach.
