[Jbeta] J904 platforms

The System/Platforms page on the wiki states that release and beta versions
of J support 32- and 64-bit Windows 7 and up. J904 only supports 64-bit. My
question is whether it's intended to support Windows 7. Note that jqt will
only support Windows 10 and up.
