Thanks Raul, That does not work for me. When I uncomment the F3 example and restart, I get a message box telling me 'User key not available' and when I close that box, my session starts normally, but with no user defined keys accessible through the Tools | User Defined Keys menu (even though the configuration file has the F# line enabled).
