Hm. They certainly aren't implemented. But it wouldn't be hard to do
it. u and v could have different cycle lengths. You could modify
foldr.ijs to try it out.
Perhaps we should discuss why you want it. Gerund u/v was going to be a
way to extend Fold, if we needed one. Is the cyclic gerund more
important than that fallback option?
