[Jbeta] Showing the hourglass automaticly

One of the nice features of J has been the automation showing the 
hourglass when the application is busy. Expecially with runtime 
applications Now this feature seems to be gone. Does it mean that 
from this version I must wake up and close the hourclass in the code 
and how it could be done?
