Why would one want to create form and child control
with the same id? Since they are defined together,
it is very easy to ensure that they have different id.

_handler is common so maybe it better to leave it as such.

talks about 'phandler'. Is it still available?

    You can define a specific handler function for a given form, using the wd 
command phandler.
