In the m beta, under linux, using jw with the debugger active, when I hit an error, I lose track of which window has focus. When I type, I don't notice any activity in any window.
When I click on the jw window, I do not see the cursor in that window. And I don't notice any activity in the window when I type. When I click on the debugger window and then the jw window, I do see the cursor in the jw window and I do see activity in the window when I type. This is using the fluxbox window manager. I can provide more details of my machine setup if needed.
