You have to draw your own mark for an isigraph having keyboard focus.
This could vary widely (a border change in some cases) to the more
detailed cell level markings in a grid.

Is there some way to give the user feedback when an isigraph gets
focus? Eg is there a "border" whose color can be highlighted when
focus passes in/out? In my experience that is the main issue with
focus - adequate user feedback. A subtle but uniform default
highlighting mechanism to cover all controls could help the designer
and his user a lot.
