OLE stuff is only provided by Jwdw (j.exe - native windows GUI front
end). It is not available in Jwdp (j.jar - Java based GUI font end).
Currently Jwdw is not available in Windows 64 and the GUI front end is
provided by Jwdp. This will be the case at least for this release. The
j602 release (some unknown distance down the road) might include Jwdw
for Windows 64.
As a workaround you might want to look at the Tara addon as a superior
way to work with Excel that I believe might work with Jwdp in Windows
64.
