[Jbeta] j602beta Linux64 version jwd 1!:43 '' problem

jwd of j602beta-Linux64 set current directory(read from 1!:43 '') to
its bin path,not the startup directory(shell pwd),this is different to
jconsole and the win32 version and cause my old scripts fail.Please
check it,thank you.
