Shouln't the expressions below be added to Phrases? 
in 4C.Test perhaps. With the variant  0 [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~:  (Bill Lam).

Also, in Phrases 8A. Numbers & Counting, Index from boolean 
could be replaced by the newer primitive I. , isn't?
