Can you confirm that your issue is with the thickness of the lines in the key
and not the actual colors?

I'm not clear which close button you are referring to? The only buttons I get
when I open a plot window with the command above, are in the title bar of thw
window (i.e. the minimize, maximze and close controls for a Vista dialog). The
x button certainly closes the window for me.
Also I understand (but can't find the source!) that this forum is not really
supposed to be used at the moment as there is no beta version of J. I think we
are supposed to post this sort of thing in the General forum at the moment.
