To be precise load should look for "arc" in "~addons". Have you manually created an addons folder for 7.01 and copied in the addons you require? As far as I'm aware the package manager is not available in 7.01 yet (the base library shipped with it isn't current and doesn't therefore include jpkg functionality) so unless you've done this manually there won't be any addons installed. Also the arc/ziptrees addon requires the arc/zip addon to be available. My understanding is that the current "taster" of 7.01 was provided to get an idea of whether a browser front end was worthwhile pursuing.
