Good suggestions and will be adopted as appropriate for the next beta.

Note that ijs is a normal link that brings up a normal page and things like
Ctrl and Ctrl+Shift have normal browser actions. Links like this should look
like links.

Button are for actions on the current page or actions that are beyond just
linking to another page.

The folder and files are a bit funny. They perhaps should be buttons, but it
looks terrible with all those buttons. Perhaps a label saying 'select a
folder of file' or a css set special color would help the UI. All of this is
easy to play with.
