The page has 3 vertical sections (html divs). Top and bottom have a vertical
size fixed by their contents. The middle section is dynamically resized so
the 3 sections are visible in the window with no overall window scroll bar.
The middle section has its own scrollbar to scroll its content.

This type of layout is typical of desktop applicatons and not so common in
browsers. The demo shows that javascript can do the same kind of layout
management and resizeing as desktop systems.
