Not sure what is going on. Perhaps you edited jdemo.ijs by mistake. I see now that is all too easy to do and the loading of the system should not depend on jdemo.ijs being in working order.
You could examine the lines around 91 in jdemo.ijs to see if there is an obvious problem to correct. Or you could post the 10 lines or so in that area here and I could suggest a fix. Alternatively you could reinstall the base J7 JHS system (from the beta page) and then do the JAL install of the latest version. However, in Windows, file jemo.ijs shows date 7/30/2010 but, > unfortunately, the file has no internal indication of date or version > number. > > I seem to be at an impasse of trying to update to latest jhs version. > > -- > Murray Eisenberg [email protected] > Mathematics & Statistics Dept. > Lederle Graduate Research Tower phone 413 549-1020 (H) > University of Massachusetts 413 545-2859 (W) > 710 North Pleasant Street fax 413 545-1801 > Amherst, MA 01003-9305 > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- > For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
