A rebuild of the installer with the jhs.bat and other fixes is overdue. It
is less important as long as the pacman updates work. I wonder why it didn't
work for you. Particularly as it worked a bit later from the installer base.

Note that there is a bad bit of UI in pacman right now in that once you have
an update installed you need to look at the installed list for updates as
opposed to the not-installed list (as is appropriate from the installer
base).

If you have a chance, please try to install the new 1.0.20 version. Let me
know if you have problems and perhaps we can sort them out.
