That SECURITY message could be more clear. It means that when you are finished with your J session you should log out. At the point you see that message you haven't logged in yet and haven't shown your first J page.
When you are logged in to J you can access your J session from any TAB that belongs to that browser application. If you closed all tabs for that browser application and walked away, then someone else walking up to the computer could bring up a page and start doing J on your session without having to know your username and password. Closing the browser application avoids this. This security is no different from any other web service that uses simple cookies for logon security.
